• Install a new inner bearing.

• The sealing end should be facing outside

after installation.

• Install the needle bearing with a hydraulic

presser.

• Install the ball bearing with a hydraulic presser.

• Install the snap ring into the groove on the drive

face.

• Align oil seal lip with bearing, and then install a

new oil seal (if necessary).

Clutch Outer/Driven Pulley Installation

• Install a new oil seal and O-ring onto the

movable driven face.

• Apply grease to lubricate the inside of the

movable driven face.

• Install the movable driven face onto the

driven face.

• Install the guide pin and guide pin roller.
