• Install a new clutch weight onto the setting
pin and then push into the specified location.
• Apply grease onto all the setting pins.
• The clutch block should not be greased. If it is,
replace it. Grease or lubricant will damage the
clutch weight and affect the block’s
connection capacity
.
• Install the spring into the groove with pliers.
• Install the snap ring and mounting plate onto
setting pin.
• Remove the inner bearing.
• If the inner bearing equipped with an oil seal
on its side in the driven pulley, then remove the
oil seal first.
• If the pulley equipped with a ball bearing,
remove the snap ring and then the bearing.
• Remove the snap ring and then push the bearing
forward to the other side of the inner bearing.
• Place a new bearing onto the proper position
with its sealing end should facing outside.
• Apply engine oil.
