• Remove the guide pin, guide pin roller, and
movable driven face.
• Remove the O-ring & oil seal seat from the
movable driven face.
Inspection
Clutch Outer
• Measure the inner diameter of the clutch
outer.
• Replace the clutch outer if it exceeds the
service limit.
• Service limit: 145.450mm
Clutch Lining
• Measure each clutch weight thickness.
• Replace it if it exceeds service limit.
• Service limit: 2.0 mm
Driven Pulley Spring
• Measure the length of the driven pulley spring.
• Replace it if it exceeds service limit.
• Service limit: 83.2 mm
