• Install the clutch outer and bearing stay collar.

• Hold the clutch outer with a universal holder.

• Tighten the nut to specified torque value.

• Torque value: 5.0-6.0kgf-m / 36-43 lbf-ft

• Install the drive face, washer, and drive face nut.

• Hold the drive face with a universal holder.

• Tighten the nut to specified torque value.

• Torque value: 8.5-10.5kgf-m / 61-76 lbf-ft

Removal

• Remove the left crankcase cover.

• Hold the drive face with a universal holder.

• Remove the drive face nut.

• Remove the drive face and drive belt.

• Remove the movable drive face and drive face

boss from the crankshaft
