• Remove the two bolts on the caliper to remove
it.
• After disassembling the wheel, inspect the disk
plate.
• If the disk plate needs to be changed, loosen the
castle nut to take the wheel hub apart.
• Before loosening the castle nut, remove the
cotter pin.
• Remove the bolt from the brake stopping plate.
• Remove the brake disc.
• Note: Pull the master cylinder back when
changing the brake shoe.
• Reinstall the front brake assembly in reverse
order of removal.
