• Install the seal washer into the rotor.
• Note: The washer must be replaced together
with the mechanical seal.
• Install the rotor onto the water pump shaft and
tighten.
• Torque Value: 1.0-1.4kgf-m
• The rotor is left hand threaded.
• Install the dowel pin and right cover gasket.
• The water pump rotor rotating causes the water
pump drive shaft scoop channel, aligns the oil
pump drive shaft flange.
• Install the right crank case. (9 bolts)
• Install the dowel pin and new gasket.
• Install the water pump cover (4 bolts).
