• Install the new inner seal onto the right
crankcase.
• Special tool: Water pump oil seal driver
(inner)
• Install a new outside bearing to the right
crankcase cover.
• Special tool: Water pump bearing driver
(6901)
• Note: Do not reuse old bearing. It must be
replaced with a new one once it has been
removed.
• Mount the water pump shaft and the inner
bearing to the right crankcase cover.
• Install the cir clip onto the inner bearing to
secure it.
