Reserve Tank Inspection

• Remove the front center cover.

• Remove the reserve tank filler cap.

• Check the liquid level in the reservoir under the

front right fender. Add coolant to the proper

level if too low.

• Reinstall the reserve tank filler cap.

12-6 Radiator

Inspection

• Remove the front center cover, side covers, and

front fender.

• Check for any leaking from the welded seam.

• Blow the radiator clean using compressed air. If

the radiator is blocked by dirt or foreign

material, use a low pressure water jet to clean it.

• Be careful when straightening the sink fan.

Removal

• Place a water pan under the water pump.

• Loosen the drain bolt to drain out the coolant.

• Remove the coolant filler pipe.
