• Clean the crankshaft.
• Apply a layer of grease on the lip of oil seal.
• Install the left crankshaft.
• Install the oil seal in the left crankcase. Be
careful not to damage the lip of the oil seal.
• Use an oil seal driver (27×42×7) to install and
secure the oil seal.
• Install the tensioner and tighten the pivot bolt.
• Torque value: 0.8 ~1.2kgf-m / 6-9 lbf-ft
• Install the cam chain.
• Install the cam chain setting plate
