4.5.3 Downloading GoBox Log Files
To download the GoBox log files to your local computer, click the Logs menu item on the left hand navigation pane and
click on the Download button in the content pane.
A zip file containing all GoBox profiles will be downloaded to the Download folder of your local computer. When reporting
an issue with the GoBox, support staff may request a copy of the log files to help diagnose the issue.

To clear all GoBox profile and duplexer group tag information, and restore the brightness setting to its original state, click
the Factory Reset menu item on the left hand navigation pane and click on the Factory Reset button in the content pane.
This will clear all profiles and duplexer group tags currently stored on the GoBox.
