4.4.2 ADVANCED - SNTP
SNTP: Simple Network Time Protocol is an efficient method of obtaining the time from a Time Server. Place a
check at Enable SNTP to enable the SNTP functionality.
Enable SNTP: Place a check to enable SNTP feature.
SNTP Server: Enter the SNTP Server IP Address. This 4 Ports ADSL2/2+ Router support up to
three SNTP Server IP Address; Primary, Secondary and Tertiary SNTP Server.
Timeout: A time limit for an operation.
Polling Interval: The length of time (In Minutes) the 4 Ports ADSL2/2+ Router retrieves the time
from the SNTP Server.
Retry Count: Enter the Retry Count to access the SNTP Server.
Time Zone: This specifies the time zone ( Geographical location ).
Day Light: Place a check at the Day Light to activate Daylight Savings Time.
Apply: Click the Apply button to confirm your setting.
Cancel: Click Cancel to ignore all the changes.
Save All: To complete and save the setting, click Save All after clicking the Apply button.
