Check Power Installation
Checking main power wiring
WARNING:
Power must be turned OFF when you perform this procedure.
Check resistance between phases, neutral and earth busses.
o Phase to phase; resistance should be 10MΩ or higher
o Phases to earth; resistance should be 10MΩ or higher
o Neutral to earth; resistance should be 0Ω
o Phase to neutral; resistance should be 10MΩ or higher
Checking load wiring
Check resistance between the load terminals and the neutral bus:
o Above 1 MΩ - Normal when no load is connected
o Between 1 - 1000Ω - Normal when loads are connected
o Below 1Ω - Indicates a dead short in the load wiring
WARNING:
A dead short can cause dimmer module damage.
