• Check termination by connecting device directly to a DMX output with no other devices
connected.
Troubleshooting - External Touchscreen
Touching one selects something on the other screen.
Touchscreens can't match the touch and screen automatically, they have to be told which is which.
• Recalibrate and ensure to select the right screen.
Troubleshooting - Backup is not in sync
The backup isn't following the server.
Ensure backup has current play (send to/fetch from) and is on the in Backup Sync settings.
