Advice and tips before you call the service

be switched on.

Check that the induction
hob is connected to power
and that it is switched on.
Check for a power outage in
your home or neighborhood.
If you have checked
everything and the problem
persists, contact a qualied
technician.
Touch controls are not
responding.
Controls are locked
Unlock the controls. See the
instructions in the section
"Using the induction hob".
Touch controls are not
responding well.
There may be a thin layer of
water on the controls or you
may be touching them with
your ngertip.
Make sure the touch controls
are dry and use the ball of
your nger, not the tip, to
touch the controls.
The glass is scratched.
Rough dishes.
You have used unsuitable
abrasive pads or
detergents.
