Installation Sheet

1. Remove mounting bracket (A) from fixture
(B) and install to electrical box
2. Wire fixture to wires in outlet box. Green
wire is for ground.
3. Attach fixture to mounting bracket using
screws on the sides of the canopy.
4. Carefully remove packaging from fixture.
5. Adjust wire length to desired mounting
height, and tighten strain relief screws to
secure.
6. Attach glass (D) using set screws (C).
