thehostutilizestheNUMAmemoryarchitecture.
Becauseaffinitysettingsaremeaningfulonlywhenusedtotweaktheperformanceofa
specificsetofvirtualmachinesononehost,thispagealsoisnotdisplayedwhenthe
virtualmachineresidesonaDRScluster.Theoptionvaluesareclearedwhen
thevirtual
machineismovedtoanewhost.
NUMAmemorynodeaffinityenablesfine‐grainedcontroloverhowvirtualmachine
memoryisdistributedtohostphysicalmemory.Checkingalltheboxesisthesameas
applyingnoaffinity.
