LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
This Essential Home™ brand cookware manufactured and distributed by Tabletops Unlimited Inc.®, is
warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the ware; so long as
it is used only for its intended purpose, and according to the use and care instructions provided.
Tabletops Unlimited Inc., shall replace any defective cookware part to the original purchaser during the
warranty period. Inquiries may be made by writing to Tabletops Unlimited Inc.,
Consumer Relations Department, 23000 S. Avalon Boulevard, Carson, California 90745.
In the event that any part of the cookware set needs to be returned for replacement, that part of it should
be sent to Tabletops Unlimited, Inc., at the above address, postage prepaid. Please enclose an explana-
tion of the problem and a US $8.00 cashier’s check payable to: Tabletops Unlimited Inc., to cover
shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, altera-
tion to product or damage caused from commercial use. Some states do not permit such exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not
