HAYDEN 5 PIECE UPHOLSTERED HIGH TOP DINING SET DA6175 STEP 1 With the help of another person, place table top (A) upside down on a clean smooth surface. Attach table legs (B) to table top (A) with nuts (1), spring washers (4) and flat washers (2). Use Allen wrench (9) to tighten nuts (1). Turn the table upright.
HAYDEN 5 PIECE UPHOLSTERED HIGH TOP DINING SET DA6175 STEP 2 Attach seat frame (D) to back frame (C) with bolts (6), spring washers (4) and flat washers (3) through the corners of seat frame (D). Secure the center of seat frame (D) to back frame (C) with bolt (5), spring washer (4) and flat washer (3). Use Allen key (10) to install the bolts. NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolts. Leaving them loose will facilitate assembly in the following steps.
HAYDEN 5 PIECE UPHOLSTERED HIGH TOP DINING SET DA6175 STEP 3 Insert front stretcher (G) into left leg (E) and right leg (F). Attach the legs (E & F) to seat frame (D) with bolts (7), spring washers (4) and flat washers (3). Use Allen key (10) to install the bolts. NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolts. Leaving them loose will facilitate assembly in the following steps.
HAYDEN 5 PIECE UPHOLSTERED HIGH TOP DINING SET DA6175 STEP 4 Insert side stretchers (H & I) into back frame (C) and legs (E & F). Secure front stretcher (G) and side stretchers (H & I) to legs (E & F) and back frame (C) with wood screws (8) using a Phillips head screw driver (not included). Fully tighten all bolts installed on the chair legs (E & F) in step 3. NOTE: The stretchers must be attached so that the holes for wood screws (8) will face the ground once the chair is in the upright position.
HAYDEN 5 PIECE UPHOLSTERED HIGH TOP DINING SET DA6175 STEP 5 Attach seat cushion (J) with wood screws (8) as shown below. Use a Phillips head screw driver (not included) to tighten all wood screws (8). Fully tighten all bolts installed in step 2. NOTE: Once all bolts have been installed, apply a downward force on the chair. This will help all legs to sit flush on the floor. Repeat steps 2 - 5 to assemble the remaining chairs.
