6.4 Testing and Replacing Components
NOTICE
• Replace a PC board only until a problem was
isolated to that board.
• Always disconnect power before removing or
installing a PC board.
• Do not grasp or pull on board components.
• Always place a removed board on a static free
surface.
• If a PC board is found to be a problem, check
with your ESAB distributor for a replacement.
Provide the distributor with the part number of
the board as well as the serial number of the
power source.
• Do not attempt to repair the board yourself.
Warranty will be voided if repaired by the
customer or an unauthorized repair shop.
