Do not use specimens which are explosive or inflammable, or which contain
such substances. To do so could be hazardous, as this may lead to fire or
explosion.

Periodical cleaning of the chamber and exhaust duct is required for it may
cause combustion and fire when vapor of specimen is built up. Furthermore,
an interior argon welding can be applied to the insulation layer of the
chamber to minimize vapor penetration which may cause fire (except
