Tools Needed to Install the ESCO Inline Preset Pressure Regulator

The following tools are recommended to be used

when installing the ESCO Inlet Preset Pressure

Regulator to an ESCO air hydraulic pump.

- 9/16” Wrench

- 3/4” Wrench

- Teflon Tape (or an

equivalent)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.1 Removal of Air-Side Plug

For brand new ESCO air hydraulic pumps, rem

ove the air-side

plug, (Refer to graphic 1.1) from the hydraulic pump.

2.1 Prepare the 6” Whip-Hose (Part #10601H)

Apply the appropriate amount of Teflon Tape (or an equivalent)

to both ends of the provided 6” whip-hose.

3.1 Adding the Pressure Regulator to the Whip Hose

Align the Pressure Regulator (

Part #10601) so the directional

arrow points to the hose end. This is to ensure that the has

been installed onto the whip hose properly.

NOTE: This step pertains to Brand New ESCO Air Hydraulic Pumps Only.

Please continue to Step 2.1 if the ESCO 10601K is to be used on an existing

ESCO air hydraulic pump.

NOTE: Follow ALL instructions in this section for proper usage of this product.

The direction of the air reducer will affect the performance of the product.
