7. WARRANTY
• The warranty covers all products sold by ESCEND through their
ocial website or ocial channels.
• Please check the quality of the products upon arrival and
contact us if anything is out of the ordinary. For items damaged
upon arrival, you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving
the product. Any other defects that fall under warranty must be
reported within 6 months.
• We oer a 6-month (180 days) Warranty on parts from the date
of receiving the skates
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, ESCEND will
either:
• Send the new parts to replace the defective parts.
• Exchange the aected products with functionally equivalent
products that are new or formed from new and/or previously
used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and
reliability.
What is not considered a defect?
• Minor Blemishes
• Damage resulting from abuse (drops)
• Accidents
• Neglect
• Severe water damage
• Installation failures (3rd party charging cable, wrong
assembly, etc)
• Daily wear and tear
• Intentional modications
• Items not sold by us or authorised resellers
• Items not manufactured by us
• Misuse, mishandling of item
