Thank you for purchasing the Escali Vera Digital Scale. Please read the following operation information to ensure the proper function of your new scale. HOW TO WEIGH 1. Press the /TARE key. All display segments will appear for approximately 3 seconds before resetting to zero. 2. Press the UNIT key to select the units. (g, ml, oz, lb + oz, or fl oz) 3. Slowly place an item on the platform, and the weight will be shown on the display. 4. Remove the item. Press and hold the /TARE key to turn the scale off.
