7. Error diagnosis and remedy
7.1 General Errors
If the soldering station does not operate as expected, check the following items:
• Is main voltage present? Correctly connect the mains lead to the de
-
vice and socket.
• Is the fuse defect? The fuse can be found at the rear side of the de
-
vice in the mains connecting socket.
• Note that a defective fuse may also indicate a deeper cause of error.
