To define a new Emergency Call dial-plan entry:
Users with cellular VoIP line service must register their location with their mobile service provider to enable
emergency services. Contact your mobile service provider for more details.
Important: If SIM card is not inserted or if the cellular VoIP line is not registered, emergency services are not
available via the W40.
1. Navigate to the External Lines screen (Services Voice External Lines or Home External Lines).
2. At the top right of the External Lines screen, click Outgoing Calls. The Outgoing Calls screen appears and
displays a list of the existing emergency calls entries.

3. Click the New Dial Plan Entry link. The Edit Emergency Call Entry screen appears:

4. Add the emergency call entry here.
5. Click the “OK” button to save the new emergency call entry.
3.7.2.6 CDR (Call’s Detailed Records)
The CDR (Call’s Detailed Records) section (Service Voice CDR) provides a list of incoming and outgoing telephony
calls that took place.
