Settings
Activate a function or number with a preprogrammed
Soft key or a preprogrammed Hot key
Pbook Press the preprogrammed Soft key (see display).
The pre-set function will be activated, in this example the
Phonebook.
Or:
å Press and hold the preprogrammed Hot key.
A number between 0 and 9. The pre-set function will be activated.
Available functions
Phone call - You program a key with a name and a number.
Short-cut - A short cut to any of the following functions:
• Local phonebook - See section “Integrated Phonebook” on
page 33.
• Central phonebook - See section “Integrated Phonebook” on
page 33.
• Services - See section “Services” on page 86.
• Switch off - See section “Switching on/off the Cordless” on page 22.
• No-movement *
• Man-down alarm *
• Edit alarm data *
• Change system - See section “Change system” on page 98.
• Demo Mess 1
• Demo Mess 2
• RSSI
* Only available for the DT422 phone. See section “Alarm” on
page 81.

Not used - If you do not need a function or a phone number any
longer, you can set the key to
