Incoming Calls
BusinessPhone – Cordless DT412/DT42224
Mute ringing signal
If the Cordless rings at an inconvenient moment:
Press the Mute key on the right side of the Cordless to
suppress the ringing.
All alert signals, including the vibrator, will silence for this specific
call. See section “Description” on page 8 for the location of the
Mute key.
æ Press to answer the call.
Handsfree
ä Press the middle Soft key to answer the call in handsfree
speaking mode.
You are connected to the caller via the loudspeaker and
microphone.
Note: Which key to press depends on the answering
method used, to change the answering method see section
“Change answering method” on page 25.
End the call
æ Press.
The display shows the duration of the call.
Note: When a headset is connected to the Cordless, the
button on the headset can be used to end the call.
