play-back Press to play-back and listen to your recording (see display).
pause Press to pause the recording (see display).
activate Press to activate the recording (see display).
Internal callers will hear the information via the handset or the
loudspeaker.

Free text information
You have selected the address.
Note: Free text information will only be seen by display
phones.

z# Enter the text and press to store the information.
Information stored. The complete information is shown constantly
on the extension. Internal callers receive the information in the
display.
