Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding
When extensions are not available to take calls or decide to answer
their calls on another extension, it is useful to forward calls to an
alternate answering position.
Note: Some functions can be programmed by extension
users.
Call Forwarding address
Program a Call Forwarding address:
Note: Diversion address must be the same for all types of
diversion.
z Enter Ô Select required command from the table above and press
(pre-programmed).
z Enter the extension number.
Enter
Ô Press (pre-programmed).
z Enter directory number of the answering position.
Enter
Ô Press (pre-programmed).
í Press to finish programming.
