Category Lists
Allocate category lists to directory
numbers
Each directory number is assigned to a category list that has the
desired functions. The commands 0101 - 0105 allocate category
lists for extensions. To allocate category lists to Common
Abbreviated Numbers, see section “Allocate category list to
common numbers” on page 47.
Note: External lines and traffic groups cannot be allocated
via a system telephone.
Example:
Allocate extension 202 with category list 1 for facility access.
0101 Press.
Enter
Ô Press (pre-programmed).
202 Enter extension number.
Enter
Ô Press (pre-programmed).
The programmed list number is displayed.
1 Enter category list number.
Enter
Ô Press (pre-programmed).
Extension 202 is programmed with category list 1.
