Enter Ô Press (pre-programmed).
The display shows (example):
If the command is of a type that also requires a record number to
be stated, for example when programming keys on telephones,
this shall also be stated when copying.
z Enter Ô Enter record number and press (pre-programmed).
The display shows (example):
z Enter the destination (individuals).
Individuals = Extension or trunk number. See “Several individuals”
on page 18.

Ô Press to copy (pre-programmed).
Several command groups and records
It is possible to copy all commands or records of a command
group.
To copy all commands of a command group:
z* Enter the two digits of the command group and press.
If all categories in command group 01 are to be copied to
extension 201 the display shows (example):
