SEND MESSAGE

During an
unanswered call When you call an extension and receive busy tone or get no
answer, you can send a call-back, voice or text message.
Message Press
call-back Select message type (see display)
Note: After sending, you can repeat to other extensions.
Message Press to finish the procedure
The message is sent. The message lamp extinguishes.
Call-back Send a ”call me” message.
Voice Use the menu keys to record your message and send it.
See section ”Information - Voice information”.
Text Write a text message and send it. Only possible to display
phones. See section ”Write text”.
