Ongoing external call
When used to charge a call it is also possible to connect an
ongoing external call to an account code. During the call:
h Access Press the line key to put the ongoing call on hold

z # Enter the account code and press
Dial tone.
Note: You can also press
AcCo (see display), enter the
account code and press
Enter (see display).

Immediate speech connection
You automatically answer a call without lifting the handset or
pressing any keys. The function can be permanently active or
activated by use of a function key (programmed by system
administrator).
Permanently active
Program the ringing option with “Immediate speech connection
with single tone burst”, option 6, on the Access line key. See
section “Programming and Adjustments” on page 76.
Activated on a function key
Automatic answer g Press to order or cancel
Note: Function key pre-programmed by system
administrator.
The incoming call is signalled with a tone burst. When the key lamp
is lit you can use this function.
