Voice Mail
To enter your mailbox
From your office telephone:
z Dial the number to the voice mail system
Note: If a function key is programmed for your mailbox and
the key lamp is lit or flashing (= a new message is received),
you can also press this key.
If you are asked to enter your security code:
z Enter your security code
Code at delivery = your extension number.
From another telephone:
z Dial the number to the voice mail system
If you are asked to enter your security code (the used telephone
has a mailbox of its own):
# Press
z Enter your mailbox number
(normally your office extension number)
z Enter your security code (if required)
To enter someone else“s mailbox
z Dial the number to the voice mail system
If you are asked to enter your security code (the used telephone
has a mailbox of its own):
# Press
z Enter the mailbox number
(normally the office extension number of the person served)
z Enter the security code of the person served (if required)
