With the ‘NewCall’ option
During a call, you may want to hold the call and dial another number, but you
do not know the number by heart and want to look it up in the phone book, the
who called list or the last dialled list.
To transfer calls to another extension:
1. Select
NewCall and press YES.
2. Enter or search for the number of the extension to which you want to trans-
fer the call, as normal.
3. Press
YES to dial the number.
4. Wait for an answer.
If the person does not answer, or is busy, press
R to return to the call.
5. If the second call is answered you can:
• Return to the first call by pressing
R.
• Transfer the first call to the second party by pressing
NO.
