Itemsthatarereturnedtohaveanoptioninstalledwillrequirea24hourburn‐in.Duringthis
period,functionalityoftheproductwillbecheckedandfirmwareupdateswillbeperformed
unlessstatedontheRMAform,nottohavethisdone.
WarrantyRepair:Itemsreturnedforrepairorreplac
ementwithinapplicablewarrantyperiod
1. IfawarrantyitemisfoundtobedefectiveitwillberepairedorreplacedbyMasterclockin
accordancewithourwarrantypolicyandreturnedviaprepaidgroundfreight.
2. Ifareturneditemisfoundnottobedefectivethenreturnfreight&insurancewillbecharged
tothecustomerinadditiontoevaluationfeedescribedbelow.
3. Incomingfreight(andinsurance)forallreturneditemsmustbeprepaidbycustomer.
4. A$100evaluationfeewillbechargedforitemsthatarereturnedasdefectivebuttest
functionallygoodorforitemsthathavebeenmodifiedordamagedbycustomer,suchitems
willbereturnedunprocessedtothecustomer.
Non‐warrantyRepair:Itemsreturnedforrepairafterexpirationofwarrantyperiod
1. Youwillbeadvisedofthecostofanyrepairsandwewillrequireacreditcardnumberor
purchaseorderpriortoanyworkbeingstarted.A$100evaluationfeewillbechargedforany
un‐repaireditemreturnedatthecustomer’srequest.
2. A$100evaluationfeewillbechargedforanyitemthatisreturnedfornon‐warrantyrepairas
defectivebuttestfunctionallygood.
3. Merchandisereceived,whichhasbeenmodifiedbycustomerswillbereturnedunprocessed
tothecustomeranda$100evaluationfeewillbecharged.
4. Incomingandreturnfreightandinsuranceforitemswillbechargedtothecustomer.
