General
• We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
• We accept Purchase Orders from firms and institutions with acceptable credit.
• All items are generally in stock for immediate shipment.
• Orders can be shipped COD.
• We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If the product does not meet your
requirements, return it within 30 days from the invoice date (undamaged – in the original packing -
with all accessories intact and freight prepaid) and cancel the Purchase Order or request a refund if
the order has been prepaid. Note that software can not be returned without the associated
hardware.

Shipping
• Freight charges can be prepaid and invoiced or charged to your freight account.
• All carriers including the Postal Service are available - unless otherwise specified UPS Ground will be
used.

information: name on credit card, card number and expiration date and list of items to be
purchased.
