The multidrop function only handles 64 kbit/s timeslots.
A 64 kbit/s timeslot is considered to be used by the RBS if any of its
subtimeslots are configured in the IS or used for the CF or remote OMT
link or used for DXX communication.
If, for example, ICP 7 is used in the IS configuration, the whole
timeslot 2 is considered to be used by the current RBS.
The figure below shows a schematic example with two RBSs and seven
timeslots. The first RBS uses timeslots 2, 5 and 6 and the second uses
1, 3 and 4.
