RBS 2206
Bias injector
The bias injector is used to provide the ddTMA with DC power, from the
TMA-CM, over the RX/TX feeder cables. Six bias injectors can be connected
to one TMA-CM. The bias injectors are mounted directly on the CDU antenna
connectors.

BBS
The RBS 2206 can be provided with battery backup sytem (BBS) from an
external cabinet, either a BBS 2000 or a BBS 2202.
ddTMA
The ddTMA is to be mast-mounted and placed close to the antenna. It improves
the receiver sensitivity. The ddTMA saves feeder cables by duplexing RX and
TX signals to the same cable.

DXX
A 1 or 2-card DXX plug-in unit that is a digital cross-connector. The one card
version has four G.703/G.704 ports. The 2-card version has four G.703/G.704
ports and one slot for two to four additional interfaces that can be G.703/G.704
ports, HDSL, LTE or optical fibre. It is installed in an OXU position.

DF
The DF is the termination point for incoming PCM cables. Overvoltage
protection for external alarm cables.

ESB
TG synchronization is the technology used to expand one RBS 2106 cabinet
with another RBS cabinet in the same cell. The External Synchronization Bus
(ESB) is the cable connected between the DXUs.
