ACCU - AC Conn ection Unit

The ACCU distributes the incoming AC power supply voltages to the PSUs.

The unit also contains AC filter equipment.

Number of units: 0 - 1

CDU - Combining and Distribution Unit

The CDU is the interface between the transceiv ers and the antenna system.

All signals are filtered before transmission, and after reception, by means of

bandpass filters. The CDU allows several dTRUs to shar e antennas. There is a

max imum of three CDUs in one RBS 2207.

The CDU distributes the received signal to several transceivers. The CDU

suppo rts EDGE. Both CDU-G and CDU-J is use d in the RBS 2207. C DU-G and

CDU-J can be configured either for high capacity or for high coverage. It is a

com biner that can be used for synthesizer hopping. To achieve capacit y, the
