The indicators which are part of the operator interface are described in the
table below.

Off DXU in remote mode, that is, it is
controlled by the BSC
On DXU in local mode, that is, the DXU
has no communication with the BSC

Flashing DXU mode change in progress, that
is, a link between the BSC and RBS is
being established or released
