RBS 2101, RBS 2102, RBS 2103 RBS 2202 Radio Configurations
5 Basic Configurations
This section shows functional views of radio signal paths for various
configurations. Only components necessary to illustrate the configuration are
shown.
In some configurations, the radio signal paths can differ depending on where in
the cabinet the basic configuration is used. The figures show fully-equipped
cabinets with two or three BTSs, that is two or three basic configurations are
shown in the same figure. These are different physical implementations of the
same basic configuration, not different configurations. The second BTS is drawn
with dotted lines to show how an SCC in a fully-equipped cabinet is connected.
The basic configurations meet the GSM requirements, except where otherwise
stated.
