RBS 2103Macro Outdoor
Type Approval Standards
The R BS complies with the European Community and the North America
market requirements regarding radio performance. The product has the CE and
FCC signs to show compliance to the legal requirements in respective region.
Electromagnetic Com patibility (EMC)
The R BS complies with the European Community and the North America
market requirements regarding EMC. The product has the CE and FCC signs
to show compliance to t he legal requirements in respective region.
10.3 Dependability
The RBS 2103 is designed for a technical lifetime of 25 years (24-hour
operation). The following preventive maintenance conditions must be fulfilled to
guarantee the availability of the RBS:
Batteries:
The Batteries m ust be regularly inspected every year
(oxide on the pole terminals). The batteries should
be replaced according to the recommendations of the
battery supplier.
Vandal Resistanc
The RBS 2103 fulfils Ericsson’s requirements for vandal resistance.
