CLAIMS: Notify us immediately of any error in shipment or defective merchandise. All claims must be made within 5 days of
receipt of merchandise. VENDOR WILL ONLY ISSUE CREDIT FOR VALID AND APPROVED CLAIMS. Debits not permitted.
WARRANTY: Erickson Mfg. Ltd. products are warranted for 90 days against manufacturing defects and to perform as
advertised, provided that installation and operation conform to factory instructions.
TOWING PRODUCT & TARP WARRANTY:
*** INSPECT GOODS FOR DEFECTS BEFORE INITIAL USE. WARRANTY IS VOID AFTER PRODUCT USE. ***
Our liability for defects on any product shall not exceed its replacement cost to us.
