ELASTOMER
Description
Standard grade for all common elastomers (solid rubber and/ or foam rubber),
especially for SBR, NBR and EPDM. The bonding shows really good resistance against
thermal and climatic ageing. Certified acc. to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for use in
commercial and residential potable water systems.

Aluminium / Aluminium: 20 - 30 seconds
SBR / SBR - rubber: 2 - 4 seconds
Polycarbonate / Polycarbonate: 3 - 6 seconds
EPDM / EPDM - rubber: 1 - 3 seconds
Final strength: 24 hours

Tensile Force on round rubber profiles:
SBR /SBR - rubber ø18mm: > 2000 N
SBR / SBR 10 Tage/70°C: > 1850 N
EPDM / EPDM - rubber ø16mm: > 250 N
EPDM / EPDM 10 Tage/70°C: > 240 N
Thermal Range: - 30°C up to +80°C
Melting point: +165°C
