Hydraulic Sealant
Description
Medium strength product which seals cylindrical and conical threaded connectors up to ¾ inch
against pressure as high as the burst pressure. Excellent resistant against industrial hydraulic
liquids and lubricants.

Initial strength after: 10 - 20 minutes
Functional strength after: 1 - 3 hours
Final strength after: 3 - 6 hours
Loose-break torque: 14 - 20 Nm (M10) DIN 54454
Prevailing torque: 16 - 22 Nm (M10)
Shear strength: 8 - 16 N/mm² DIN 54452
Thermal range: - 55°C up to +150°C
Attention:
The use of ergo® 4202 is not recommended for threads, cut in copper or copper alloys,
which have contact with hot water (>4C), without any prilaminary testing.
