The Extensions Management page allows configuring certain advanced settings for extensions
and attendants (see Figure 6).

The following setting can be edited through this hidden page for attendants (see Figure 7):
•
Callback Activation Timeout: The time range within which the trusted users may interrupt
the call to auto attendant in order to initiate the callback (18 sec is the default).
•
Enable Advanced Callback Capability (experimental): If enabled, all incoming SIP calls
received to the selected attendant will be required to pass authentication on the RADIUS
server the Quadro is configured with. If authentication is successful, the system will disconnect
the SIP call and call back the caller via ITSP using a corresponding call routing rule. The
scenario that this setting uses assumes that incoming SIP calls are received from another
Quadro (typically a Quadro gateway), which prior to making a SIP call, substitutes the
originator’s SIP username by the caller’s PSTN number. If authentication fails, the system will
disconnect the call without calling back. If disabled, incoming calls to the attendant will be
handled in the usual way according to the system configuration.
