Logging on to the Printer as an Administrator
If the administrator password is set to the printer, you need to log on as an administrator to operate the locked
menu items on Web Cong.
Enter the password to operate the locked menu items on the control panel.
Logging on to the Printer Using Web Cong
When you log in to Web Cong as an administrator, you can operate items that are set in the Lock Setting.
1. Enter the printer's IP address into a browser to run Web Cong.
2. Click Administrator Login.
3. Enter the user name and administrator password in User Name and Current password.

Click OK.

Conrm Information of the Printer
Checking the Information from the Control Panel
You can check and print the following information from the control panel.
❏ Number of printed pages
Settings > Print Counter
You can check the total number of printed pages and the number of pages of color / monochrome printing.
❏ Supply
Settings > Supply Status
You can check the information for the ink and maintenance box.
❏ Status sheet for the product
Settings > Printer Status/Print > Print Status Sheet
You can print a status sheet, such as printer information and consumables information.
