Turns the printer on or o๎€‚.
Unplug the power cord when the power light is o๎€‚.

Displays the Paper Setup screen. You can select the paper size and paper type settings for each
paper source.

Error Flashes or turns on when an error occurs.

Data Flashes while the printer is processing data.
Turns on when there are queued jobs.

Returns to the previous screen.

Icons Displayed on the LCD Screen
๎€‚e following icons are displayed on the LCD screen depending on the printer's status.
Turns on while the printer is connected to a wired (Ethernet) network.
Turns on when the wired (Ethernet) network is disabled and an Ethernet cable is not
connected.
Turns on while the printer is connected to a wireless (Wi-Fi) network. The number of
bars indicates the signal strength of the connection. The more bars there are, the
stronger the connection.
