• When using DLE EOT, GS I, or GS r, the status transmitted by these commands
and ASB status must be differentiated, according to the procedure in Appendix
C, Transmission Status Identification.
• The status to be transmitted are as follows:

2 Off 00 0 Drawer kick-out connector pin 3 is LOW.
On 04 4 Drawer kick-out connector pin 3 is HIGH.

On 08 8 Offline.
4 Off 10 16 Not used. Fixed to Off.
5 Off 00 0 Cover is closed.
On 20 32 Cover is open.
6 Off 00 0 Paper is not being fed by using the FORWARD/REVERSE
button.
On 40 64 Paper is being fed by using the FORWARD/REVERSE
button.
7 Off 00 0 Not used. Fixed to Off.
Bit5: When the printer cover is open during printing, the printer is in the recoverable error.
